The 2018 People’s Choice? Martin Implement!
In our recent Thanksgiving post, we offered our gratitude to the many customers who have appeared on our Spotlight Pages.
As this election year draws to a close, we just wanted to take a chance to thank all of our customers for giving us your vote. We’re here to serve YOU, and we’re back for yet another term.
We tally your votes on our Customer Reviews. And after all the votes were counted again at the end of this year, we’re happy to report that we’re still winning by a landslide:
We’re committed to giving you our very best, but as they say, there’s always room for improvement.
We’re going to keep working on that 4.9, and we might have to talk to our survey-provider, and see if we might not need to make room for 6 Stars sometime soon. Anything for our customers!
Why This Makes Us So Happy
We would invite you to ask any employee at Martin Implement why service is so important to us. We’d expect you’d get a variety of different, but very enthusiastic answers. However, if you ask Martin folks what good service IS — how we grade ourselves — we expect you’d get the same answer from everybody.

We’ll Keep Earning Your Trust
Don’t worry: we’ll never smother the airwaves to curry your vote. (We’re just not wired that way — aren’t you glad?) …But we do plan to keep doing all the things that earned your support here in 2018, and during all of the “election years” prior to this one. No doubt about it in our minds: our competitors continue to keep us on our toes, so every year is an election year at Martin Implement.
