Winter is coming…Let Martin Implement Help You Cash In!

We’ve got the equipment, the tools, and the deals

WHEN IT SNOWS, WE’LL HELP YOU MAKE IT RAIN!
Sometimes customers will let the grass grow a little longer, and there are those days when the rain puts the kybosh on progress at the construction site.  But when it snows…NOBODY WANTS TO WAIT. Which is just one of the reasons why snow season can be so wonderfully lucrative. When your snow fleet is ready to rock, you can watch that purple stuff headed toward us on the radar map with a twinkle in your eye. Before the first one hits, you never know when it will. But around here, once it does…you know that the snow, sleet and ice will never seem to end.

How sweet is that?

HYUNDAI SNOW LEASE: PAY AS YOU EARN!
This is one cool deal: Hyundai’s Winter Advantage Lease allows you to make scheduled payments during the snow season — with no required payments out of season. That means you can keep your Hyundai Wheel Loader all year round, but you only pay when the calendar says it’s snowing, and you’re making money!  This is a great way to get into a fully-loaded HL940 or HL955 wheel loader.

HYUNDAI WHEEL LOADERS LOVE SNOW
There are a bunch of great reasons to put an HL940 or HL955 to work on the snow drifts this winter.  These machines have a big footprint and aggressive tread, which gives you superb traction control, and optimal pushing power. Both are powered by a Tier 4 Final Cummins engine: the 940 offers 156 hp, and a 3 cubic-yard standard bucket.  The 955 offers 197 horses, and a 3.7 cubic yard bucket. They’re both IDEAL for snow attachments too, with Z bar or parallel linkage, excellent lifting capacity, heavy counterweight for load stability — and of course auxiliary hydraulics are standard.

SNOW CENTRAL LEASES: 5 X 5

Determining Your Fleet Needs

engr35z-9_web

What does your fleet need and what can your approach be to build or grow it? If some of the practices you use for your personal wellbeing, like balance, flexibility, and discipline, have been successful, consider using those practices to guide your decisions on renting, leasing or buying equipment.

Balance, in rent vs. buy vs. lease decisions, refers to the need for balancing your financial obligations in comparison to your expected equipment utilization needs. A well-liked industry rule of thumb favors buying equipment when you expect to achieve a utilization factor of 60 percent or higher. But which of the three options is the most flexible? Whether to rent, lease or buy isn’t always clear. You should take a disciplined approach based on your needs for balance and flexibility. This Construction Business Owner article covers how to arrive at an approach that works for you.
