At Martin Implement, we know that recognitions from companies like New Holland have their roots in the service we provide to customers like you — and your satisfaction with our efforts. That’s why we’re thrilled to receive New Holland’s Service Excellence President’s Club award for 2018.  Specifically, this program was created to recognize and reward dealers who demonstrate an exceptional commitment to supporting their customers’ aftersales needs, and reflect that focus in their ongoing business best practices.

Martin Implement was selected for the award based on our service, warranty administration, training for our technicians, our recruitment programs, and special service and marketing programs. As noted, we want to thank our customers for entrusting us with the repair and maintenance needs. Winning the award puts us in an elite group among New Holland dealers.

The President’s Award program is now in its 25th year, and it has set a worthy standard for consistently positive customer experiences, focusing on a distinctive set of specific business practices. New Holland takes great care to assure that the requirements for Service Excellence are reviewed and recalibrated every year to align best business practices observed in the marketplace. It’s an honor to be chosen for any award, but New Holland’s significant investment of time and creative ingenuity to maintain this program makes it an award we’re especially proud to receive.
