We partner with Screen Machine Industries to bring your their screeners and crushers. That’s great news since they offer a full spectrum of American made screening equipment that’s perfect for landscapers and construction crews looking to buy or rent aggregate screeners or crushers. You can see all that they have to offer over on our website, but in the meantime take a closer look at these three machines:
Shoutout to Screen Machine! This year the company is celebrating their 50th anniversary. Screen Machine Industries manufactures crushing and screening equipment, trammels, and conveyors used worldwide. Screen Machine’s rugged, and reliable products are integral to our fleet of specialty equipment, which we rent and sell. For our product spotlight, we’re taking a look at the Screen Machine Might II Shredder Trommel. The Might II is a portable trammel screening plant ideally matched for skid steers and compact track loaders to process topsoil, mulch, and more. It allows you to recycle your waste dirt with very little cost.
For our product spotlight, we’re taking a look at the Might II Shredder/Trommel. The Might II is a towable screening plant/shredder for processing topsoil, mulch and more. It’s the smallest in our Screen Machine screener lineup. With a diesel engine and a high-speed shredder, it pulverizes clumps of topsoil. The trommel screen removes sticks, rocks and the like:
Watch as the 612T processes large piles of dirt out on an ongoing project. The machines hopper handles 1 – 3 cubic yards worth of material at a time, so it was paired with a wheel loader. They’re controlling the machine via a wireless remote so they can windrow piles while screening using the side discharge conveyor belt, maximizing the stacking ability.
The 612T trommel is our biggest screener yet and we can’t wait to get it out in the field. In the meantime we decided to try out the remote-controlled drive and run it around the yard. When you get a machine this big you have to try it out!
We just got in a new screener from Screen Machine Industries and this one’s a big one. We’ve seen the Scalper 77C and the Might II trommel in action, but now we’ve got a 612T trommel on the lot and we’re excited to get it out into the field. Continue reading →
We had a lot of visitors stop by our main booth throughout the convention
Last week we got to take part in the inaugural iLandscape show in Schaumburg. It served as a replacement for the old Mid-Am Show (which called it quits after many years) and after a slow first day thanks to another lovely snow storm the convention really kicked into high gear. We saw lots of familiar faces and met a lot of new ones that we’re excited to work with. Overall the green industry seems optimistic and excited about what the upcoming season has in store.
